freeradius-config software package provides FreeRADIUS default config files, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install freeradius-config
freeradius-config is installed in your system.
Make ensure the freeradius-config package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep freeradius-config *
You will get with freeradius-config package name, version, architecture and description in a table
